Bio:
Rob Pepper has served at Messiah University since 1993 and currently serves as the executive director and assistant to the president for innovation and university partnerships. He teaches courses in strategic leadership. He was instrumental in developing Messiah University's leadership development model, and held numerous roles in student affairs including career development, leadership development and athletic coaching. He enjoys serving as a consultant for several nonprofit organizations as well a leadership and career coach. His research interests include leadership development, organizational development, and strategic planning.

Bio:
Lori Zimmerman has worked at Messiah University since 2007 and currently serves at the executive coordinator and project manager for advancement and university partnerships. She most recently served as the program manager for the Collaboratory for Strategic Partnerships and Applied Research. Before joining the Messiah community, Lori with her husband and children served in Honduras with Brethren in Christ World Missions.
