Profile

Before joining academia, Erin spent 15 years working in Federal and State Government. She was Deputy Director of Executive Operations at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, overseeing operations that support healthcare delivery and payment model reform and managing a $15Mil program designed to recruit experts to participate in projects supporting the Affordable Care ACT (ACA). She also worked as a Marketing Manager at the Pennsylvania Lottery.

Erin is an ordained minister, and currently serves as Associate Pastor of Congregational Care at the Bethlehem Baptist Church in York, PA.

Active in her local community, Erin is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. From 2017-2021, Erin was appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf to serve on the Governor’s Commission for Women, responsible for advising the Governor on policies and legislation that impact women and girls in Pennsylvania. Among her accolades, Erin is the recipient of a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Award for acquisition strategy development and health data research.
