Admission process

Messiah's DPT program will start every August. 

The DPT program has a rolling admissions process. We encourage all applicants to apply as soon as they can and complete all the necessary requirements for an interview.

We anticipate extending offers of admission after the first round of on-site interview dates and on a rolling basis thereafter.

Interested candidates must complete their application through PTCAS. 

The DPT program is prepared to enroll up to 36 students.

There is one cohort per year.

Grad:
Acceptance Rate Fall 2016: 192/203 = 94.6%
Yield Rate Fall 2016: 142/192 = 74.0%

DPT:
Acceptance Rate Fall 2020: 95/140 = 67.9%
Yield Rate Fall 2020: 36/95 = 37.9%

Acceptance Rate Fall 2019: 83/107 = 77.6%
Yield Rate Fall 2019: 36/83 = 43.4%
