With state of the art academic buildings, conference rooms and sports venues, we have the perfect space for your next conference, camp or event. Whether you are a student, faculty member, staff or guest, this website is designed to familiarize you with the services provided by our department. Conference Services
- Room reservations and management of centralized scheduling of space on campus
- Approval of events utilizing the event calendar form
- Event facilitation for on and off campus clients
- Robust summer conference and camp program
Sound and Lighting
- Coordinates sound and lighting needs for on and off campus clients
Box Office/Student Parking
- Manages ticket sales for all ticketed events on campus
- Manages residential, commuter, and graduate student parking assignments
University Receptionist
- Answers and directs phone calls at the main university switchboard
- Reserves the university's fleet of vehicles
