Online forms: Master Calendar of Student Events

Master Calendar of Student Events

All approved student clubs (recognized, chartered and executive) or campus offices can submit their events to be published on the master students events calendar through this online form.

Please allow at least 72 hours from time of submission to be reviewed and uploaded. If your event is within that 72 hour timeframe, you likely will not have the event posted. Please plan accordingly.

You are encouraged to submit future events as early as possible as there is no end date to this calendar.

A few conditions to what will NOT be posted on the master calendar of student events:

No private events, no regular club meetings. This calendar is for EVENTS that students or the Messiah community would be interested in attending.

Please keep in mind the protocol that if your event is not fully approved by the Office of Conference & Event Services, your event will not be posted on the master student events calendar.

 

You will receive a receipt of your submission for your records.

Help: This can be a much more in-depth description of your event, which can include links, posters, images, contact info. There is no limit to amount of info you put here. The posters and images will be uploaded in the next area. Make this different than the summary unless you want the same information stated twice.
Help: This number is on the confirmation email you received from Conference & Event Services. If you do not have a reservation number, please put your event through EMS to receive a number.
Help: No PDFs! We accept .gif, .png, .jpeg, .jpg images. 4 MB maximum size.
