iFast

A special Residence Life program designed for first-year students. The First-Year Residence Life team invites students to a day of intentional fasting from technology to promote self-reflection, faith development, and connection with God and neighbor. A short devo will be handed out to first-year residential students, first-year RAs will host programming on the floor, and we encourage students to end the day at the Campus Ministries led Good Friday service (ticketed) in the evening.
