HIIT/Strength Class (Fitness Class)

This class is a full-body workout. It is an interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This class is designed to increase physical strength and power through weight-bearing exercise, plyometric moves, and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. We add core training and stretching for a complete workout.
