Start the New Year with us as we bring back a new and improved Gym and Pool Night which we are calling FIT & WELL. In addition to the open gym and pool, we have added fun games and competitions, prizes, tours of the Falcon Fitness Center, and three Life Long Learning Sessions on the topics of sleeping, eating, and aging.
