Come learn about the application process for the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program. This program provides funding for teaching and cultural exchange programs around the world through the US State Department. This meeting is in Boyer 235.
Come hear Dr. Lynda Parkyn discuss the Fulbright ETA program. The English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Programs place Fulbrighters in classrooms abroad to provide assistance to the local English teachers. ETAs help teach English language while serving as cultural ambassadors for the U.S. The age and academic level of the students varies by country, ranging from kindergarten to university level. Applicants for ETA Programs can apply to only one country. The current list of countries is now available on the Fulbright website.
