SAB Outdoor Yoga

This outdoor yoga event is for anyone to come and enjoy the fall weather and participate in a yoga class to relax their mind and heart!
Come and join us for an outdoor yoga class on Bitner Beach at 9am on Saturday September 30th! Coffee and pastries will be provided for you to enjoy before or after the yoga session. Bring your own mat if you have one, but if not, sign up on the Falcon Fitness Center App to reserve a mat for yourself! We hope to see you there!
