Brief Bio:
Luke Zubrod is chief of staff for Square Roots Collective (SRC), a collection of social enterprises dedicated to advancing its community in Southeastern Pennsylvania so that every resident has the opportunity to thrive. Through an innovated structure in which a non-profit owns and operates real estate and hospitality businesses, including one of Pennsylvania's top beer gardens (The Kennett Creamery), SRC recycles profits into community non-profits, including several that it founded and manages - e.g., Kennett Trails Alliance, Voices Underground. Previously, Luke was a senior leader at Chatham Financial, a leading global capital markets advisor headquartered in Kennett Square, PA. Over an 18-year span, Luke's roles at Chatham included leading its advisory practice to public real estate companies, its public policy work in the years following the financial crisis, and initiatives to advance the firm's purposes and values. Luke and his wife Jessica grew up in Camp Hill, PA and have three college and high school aged kids.
