Virtual Reality Student Wellness Program (Master's of OT)

Free VR sessions and resources to improve student wellness and academic success. Students can address general anxiety, test taking anxiety, public speaking fears, and overall academic or extracurricular performance. Each session is 30 minutes long.
There will be sessions on October 1st, October 8th, October 15th, October 29th, and November 5th. Participants do not need to attend all sessions.
