Artist's Book Augmented Reality Exhibition (Dept of Art and Design)

Interactive exhibition opening on Friday, April 4, 4:30-6 pm with an informal reception at the Athenaeum in Murry Library. Exhibition exploring themes of mindfulness in augmented reality and design will be displayed in the glass case by the front desk in Murray Library after April 7, 2025.

Lovers of art, books, art books, and book art, we are excited to share this interactive exhibition opening on Friday, April 4, created by Interactive Design II students from the Department of Art and Design, in collaboration with the Murray Library. You will encounter a series of selected artists’ books from the special collection at Murray Library in an interactive experience designed by our six talented Digital Media and Graphic Design students that incorporates cutting-edge AR technology through the Artvive App. Everyone is invited to join this unique exhibition experience from 4:30 to 6 pm on Friday, April 4 in the library Athenaeum--bring your friends!
