@thefriendshipexpert HOW TO START A HARD CONVERSATION W A FRIEND: Why is it so hard for (some) women to face difficult conversations in their female friendships? There are several studies that suggest that anxiety disorders are more prevalent among women than men. There are a few reasons why this is the case, but one of them is because of an aversion to conflict. If we are reluctant to address the things that make us uncomfortable, then that tension remains in our minds in our bodies. But when we find the courage (and develop the skill set!) to have these conversations, not only will it bring us more internal peace, but it has the potential to create, stronger friendships! If you’ve been hesitant to address a difficult subject with a friend, hopefully the script in this video is enough to get you started. And if you are looking for deeper more personalized support, please consider booking a one-on-one coaching session or attending our upcoming event in Tampa on March 4. You can also to our free “audio library” via the “Friend Forward” Podcast. #FriendForwardPodcast ♬ original sound - Danielle Bayard Jackson
