Commencement resources for families and guests
If you are a family member or guest who will be celebrating Commencement with a graduating senior or adult degree program graduate, please read the links at left for important information that will make your campus visit experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Ceremony livestream
We realize that not all family members or guests are able to travel to campus in-person for Commencement Weekend. So the University will be livestreaming both the Baccalaureate service and the Commencement ceremony so that all family members and guests may participate remotely.
Special needs or assistance
For any special questions or needs that you may have regarding Commencement (including assistive listening devices, interpreter services, or other guest support services), please contact the University’s Office of Conference and Event Services at 717.691.6009 or roomres@messiah.edu. PLEASE NOTE: The University requests that you contact us as soon as possible, but at least 2-3 weeks in advance, with any special assistance requests. This helps ensure that we have the time we need to help meet your needs and to help you enjoy your experience at Commencement.
