Hotel Chains
Messiah University travelers are expected to stay at mid-priced hotel chains on their University-related trips. The following are examples of acceptable hotel chains: Hyatt, Sheraton, Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Ramada, Raddison, Best Western, and Hampton Inn. Specific authorization is required from the traveler’s budget manager when staying at any of the following chains, which tend to be higher priced: Westin, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Le Meridian. Of course, any hotels priced at comparable rates to the acceptable chains may be used. When hotels are reserved for a particular conference they may be used as well.
Corporate Rates
Travel Leaders Travel Agency has negotiated corporate rates for Messiah University with all of the major hotel chains. Therefore, all hotel reservations can be made through Travel Leaders to receive the best rates.
