Meet the Leadership

The Student Body President's Cabinet provides vision and direction to the Student Government Association and the student body as a whole. In order to fulfill this mission, the Cabinet maintains seven executive positions, elected and hired annually.

Student Body President

The Student Body President meets regularly with student leaders and University administrators, keeping communication open between the two parties. He or she also chairs the Leadership Council, appoints students to University Committees, and serves as a standing member on the Academic Council, University Council, and the Board of Trustees’ Education Committee.

Gabi Kovalchick

Student Body Vice President

The Student Body Vice President acts as a support to other members of the Executive Cabinet, especially to the Student Body President. He or she chairs the Student Senate, sits on the Community of Educators’ Senate as the student representative, and serves as chair of the Student Leadership Development Committee. This position allows for vision and flexibility, giving the Vice President opportunity to pour into many areas of campus while connecting deeply with specific students.

Adi Mansour

Adi Mansour

Vice President of Organization

The Vice President of Organizations serves as the Student Body President’s liaison to clubs and organizations. Some of his or her primary duties include collecting monthly reports, supporting clubs in ways that develop their programming and helping new clubs to gain recognition on campus. He or she also serves as a student representative on the Co-Curricular Education Committee.

WenXin Ling

Vice President of Diversity Affairs

The Vice President of Diversity Affairs serves as the chief Student Government Association officer and advisor for student diversity on campus including race, multicultural and intercultural relations, religion, gender, physical and mental ability and sexual orientation. His or her specific duties include serving on the Civil Discourse Planning Task Force, Martin Luther King Jr. Day Planning Committee, Diversity Committee and Gender Concerns Committee, contributing to educational and consciousness-raising programs, and serving as the chair of the Social Concerns Committee.

Dylan Yoder

Vice President of Finance

The Vice President of Finance serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Student Body President’s Cabinet, as well as all Student Government Association organizations. His or her major duties include managing the Student Government Association budget, overseeing distribution of the Student Activities Fee, and serving as a student representative on the University Council.

Vice President of Student Review

The Vice President of Student Review facilitates and moderates meetings of the Student Review Board for student sanction appeals, housing appeals and parking ticket appeals. He or she vets applicants for student officer positions, as well as ensuring that all student officers appropriately fulfill the demands of their positions. He or she is also a member of the Community Standards Committee and University Review Board, collaborating with University Administration and educators to ensure that University policies are upheld and kept current.

Rebekah Hayner

Vice President of Engagement

The Vice President of Engagement coordinates events and manages content for the Student Body President’s Cabinet and Student Senate. This includes overseeing SGA social media and email correspondence, recording minutes for meetings, chairing the Student Engagement Council, and planning events to build class identity. He or she manages the Hostetter Grant and serves on the Student Leadership Development Committee, Professional Development Grant Committee, Community Standards Committee, and University Review Board.
