Procedures and Forms for Applying for Financial Aid
An informational message directing students to the on-line application page with the forms necessary to apply for almost all types of financial aid is sent to each student during the fall preceding the first year of the award year. For example, this information for the 2024-2025 academic year would have been sent out during the fall of 2023, or at the time of acceptance for new students. (Special Note for the 2024/25 award year: Since the Free Application for Federal Student Aid was not availabe until Decemebr 30, 2023, we were not able to send out our normal email communication during the fall. Students were informed of the startup of the application process through various emails and webpages that we created to cover this unusual year.
The only applications not listed on these pages are:
- Federal Direct PLUS Loan application/Instructions: See the Federal Parent Loans box.
- Applications for non-institutional scholarships: In most cases you must obtain these from the individual or organization sponsoring the scholarship.
