Passport Service Day and Studio

The Agapé Center for Local and Global Engagement provides several passport services.

Passport Photo Hours

• Monday: 10:30 am - 11:30am & 2pm - 3pm
• Wednesday: 10:30 am - 11:30am & 1pm - 3pm
• Friday: 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Passport Service Day 2024

Passport Service Day is October 31st, 2024 from 10:30am to 1pm!

Representatives from the Cumberland County Courthouse will be on campus at the Eisenhower Commons to process NEW passport applications*.

Photo services will be available - the cost is $10 cash or check

Applicants need to bring the following documents:

• Completed application
• Original birth certificate + photocopy of birth certificate
• Driver's license + photocopy of license (Copy of both front & back of the driver’s license on the same side of the page)
• Non-PA residents: Messiah ID + a photocopy of their ID
• Fees
  • $130 check or money order written to the U.S. Department of State
  • $35 cash or check written to the Prothonotary’s Office
  • If passport photos needed: $10 cash or check written to Messiah University

*Please note: the current processing time is 6-8 weeks
