Partners with Messiah University

Harrisburg Christian School and West Shore Christian Academy students, families and employees receive special benefits

from Messiah University.

The Christian School Assocation of Greater Harrisburg is proud to be a part of Messiah University's  K-12 educational partnership—named the Pathway Partners Program—designed to create mutually beneficial lifelong learning opportunities between Messiah and CSAGH students, families and employees. See the accordion below for specific Pathway Partners benefits:

Messiah University works with CSAGH to create dual enrollment opportunities for high-achieving Harrisburg Christian School and West Shore Christian Academy students who want to take college-level courses that satisfy both high school and college credit. Students are eligible for up 24 college credits during high school with no additional tuition cost beyond their high school tuition. This can save parents up to one year of college expenses!

  • Graduates of Harrisburg Christian School or West Shore Christian Academy who attend Messiah University for a traditional residential undergraduate degree will be eligible for a $500 per semester scholarship. This scholarship will be applied each semester and is "stackable" with other aid. This scholarship is renewable for a maximum of 8 semesters (total up to $4,000). This scholarship cannot be used in cases where total institutional aid exceeds 100% of tuition.

 

  • Harrisburg Christian School and West Shore Christian Academy students will be invited to unique Messiah admissions events. Watch your school email account, social media and other communication for details.  

 

  • Harrisburg Christian School and West Shore Christian Academy employees may be reimbursed for up to 4 courses (12 credits) per fiscal year (July 1-June 30) at Messiah university if accepted into one of the following online, master's degree or graduate-level certificate programs: Business and Leadership, Education, Higher Education, and Music. For more information and qualification requirements, please contact your supervisor.
  • Employees not eligible for the full tuition reimbursement are eligible to receive a 55% tuition disount through the CSAGH and Messiah partnership.
  • The discount will be applied each term until the student graduates/completes the degree/certificate and for as long as the student remains in good academic standing. (Note: the 55% tuition discount is not "stackable" with other Messiah tuition discount programs.)

 

  • Messiah University provides a 10% tuition discount to Harrisburg Christian School and West Shore Christian Academy employee dependents and to the parents of current Harrisburg Christian School and West Shore Christian Academy students who are accepted into one of the following online programs: master’s degree or graduate-level certificate program in Business and Leadership, Nursing, Higher Education, Education, and Music. The discount will be applied each term until the student graduates/completes the certificate and for as long as the student remains enrolled at a CSAGH school.
    • If after graduation the CSAGH student enrolls at Messiah, the 10% tuition will be extended during their child’s enrollment in an undergraduate program. 
    • Note: The 10% tuition discount is not "stackable" with other Messiah graduate school tuition discount programs.
