Vehicle Reservation Policy
University vehicles are to be used for University related business only. University vehicles may not be used for personal use, student teaching, or internships.
Academic classes will have first priority, then Messiah University Athletic Contests, then all other uses.
Vehicles may be reserved up to 6 months in adavance.
In any category, if your vehicle registration is for the purpose of airport/train travel, the vehicle may not be left at the airport/train station for more than 3 days. Transportation to and from an airport/train station should be arranged with someone to drop off and pick up the airplance/train travelers. Finding a qualified driver and the related expenses would be the responsibility of the requesting department.
Cancellation of a reserved vehicle should be made 48 hours prior to the trip. Failure to do so may result in a $25.00 fine to the account number provided for the trip.
Messiah University reserves the right to alter, change, amend, or revoke this policy at any time and reserves the right to make exceptions to the policy in the event such exception is deemed to be in the best interest of the accomplishment of the mission of the University.
