The Clergy Leadership Program seeks to strengthen the spiritual and social health of central Pennsylvania by identifying emerging pastoral leaders in the region and then connecting them with leaders in government, business, education, health care, community service, media, and the arts. The goal is to help these pastors develop the connections and skills they need in order to be even more constructive and effective leaders in their congregation and communities. To date, the CLP has run two two-year-long cohort programs for pastors.
