The Agapé Center for Local & Global Engagement employs 18 students who contribute to the planning, support, and execution of our weekly outreach service opportunities, service trips, and office organization. In addition, they bring a lot of energy and fun to our office!

Bethesda Mission’s Community Center is a space where students can come and hang out with friends in a supportive and caring environment. Messiah student volunteers spend time with and build relationships with middle and high school students through activities like board games, video games, or playing sports. Bethesda Mission is an organization focused on providing shelter, food, and clothing to the poor and homeless while sharing the news of Jesus Christ. Students who serve with the Mobile Mission travel in a supply van to provide materials and social support to residents of Harrisburg experiencing homelessness. Students serving in the men’s shelter serve food in the cafeteria then join the residents to share a meal and fellowship.
