Graduates from the history program are prepared to enter a variety of professions and occupations from collegiate and secondary level teaching, museums, archives, historic preservation, public history, and journalism to government service, law, business administration and management, and data analytics.
Graduates in politics and international relations have served in various capacities in both the public and the private sphere including but not limited to: law, consulting, business administration, data analytics, government relations, journalism, think tank analyst, campaign management, non-profit creation and administration, foreign service, national security, and, of course, government service.

Jason Miller ’09 Senior Consultant of Strategy and Operations at Deloitte
Out of college, Jason join with the group environmental group Rare. He then went on to receive his Masters degree in Business Administration; Supply Chain Management and Finance from Penn State University and is currently a senior consultant of strategy and operations at Deloitte.

When Christian ministries and history major Jonathan Fuller ’16 visited Messiah during his college search, the Burlington, North Carolina, native knew he’d found the right place. “If you can fall in love with Messiah on a cold February morning, you can love it anytime,” he said.
